Our belief is that food can be delicious, comforting, and convenient. However, that combo alone lacks the chutzpah that our Bubby Elaine (of Bubby's Dumplings) perfectly embodied. She was a feisty woman who wasn’t afraid to challenge the norm. She taught us that growth sometimes requires breaking from tradition. So we decided that Chutzpah had to be 100% plant-based.
